Greek hospitality at its best! Amazing hosts, delicious breakfast, stunning view, calm yet close to main spots, amazing pool and jacuzzi, spacious and new villa.

The owner was fantastic, gave great tips. Liked having casa dolce gelateria within 15 minutes walk away. They have free parking. Bus stop 10 mins walk away.

Clean and beautiful apartments with a stunning view. The hosts - Eva and Nikos - were incredibly friendly and helpful. Got to try Eva's delicious spinach pie. Great location right by the sea. Enjoyed the complimentary coffee and free transfers to town and the port. The jacuzzi and pool were fantastic. Will definitely return next year for a longer stay!
Would definitely recommend.

Waking up to the Greek sun and Aegean Sea was so dull. The villas were spacious, the hosts were nice and made me breakfast. The pool was alright, I guess.
Oh, walking to town was such a joy, dodging cars and all. Mykonos sure knows how to make taxis expensive.

For the price we paid, we got amazing value! The room was top-notch, clean, and had a stunning view. The location was perfect, not too far from the center and the staff treated us like royalty!
Breakfast choices could have been better, maybe more variety would have been nice.

I recently stayed at Kipos Villas in Mykonos for a week and had an amazing time. The owners, Nikos and Eva, were incredibly welcoming and gave great advice on local attractions. The view from the property is absolutely stunning, and the peaceful nights made for a relaxing stay. The location is perfect, just a 15-minute walk from the center, and the two refreshing swimming pools were a bonus. The room itself was beautifully decorated and I could have easily stayed for a month. a fantastic experience that I highly recommend.
I recommend this hotel.

We had an amazing time on this beautiful island. the location was perfect, with stunning views of the sea and a peaceful atmosphere. the room was clean and beautifully decorated, with all the necessary amenities. the hosts were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We also enjoyed the refreshing swimming pools and nearby restaurants. It was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the island vibes.
The walk to the nearby town was a bit long, especially considering the busy traffic on the roads.

They provided us with great recommendations and even welcomed us with local beers and delicious snapakopita for breakfast. the location of the room was perfect, with a stunning view from our bedroom. the area was calm yet close to all the main spots in Mykonos. It was the perfect place for a relaxing Greek getaway. We can't thank Eva and Nikos enough for their Greek hospitality.
